Job Title: Culinary Team Lead

This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for culinary excellence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and presentation. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

You will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to plan and prepare menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning will be invaluable in driving the success of our culinary operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a talented team of chefs, and contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Preparation and Presentation: Oversee the daily preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  2. Menu Planning and Management: Work with the rest of the kitchen team to plan and prepare menus, manage inventory, and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  3. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that we deliver exceptional results.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • A strong background in culinary arts, preferably with experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
