Job Requirements:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
  2. Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your section.
  3. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  4. Monitor portion and waste control for profit margins.
  5. Follow kitchen hygiene and health regulations.
  6. Store deliveries correctly.
  7. Help train and supervise junior staff.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area.
  9. Collaborate on menu development.

What We Require:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie.
  • Culinary degree or professional training preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Food passion and eagerness to learn.
