Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry located in Muscat. The Demi Chef de Partie Pastry will be responsible for assisting in the daily pastry operations, preparing and presenting desserts and pastries, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, and maintaining kitchen efficiency. Additional tasks include following recipes and presentation standards, monitoring supplies, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional pastry offerings.

Qualifications

  • Pastry preparation, baking, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or high-end pastry kitchen is preferred
  • Relevant culinary certification or diploma
