The role of the Food and Beverage Coordinator is a dynamic position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills. As a key member of the Food and Beverage Division, you will provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordination: Ensure timely completion and delivery of documents and correspondence, maintain effective communication with team members, and coordinate inter-office and intra-departmental communications.
  2. Document Preparation: Prepare menus, letters, reports, forms, and other documents for the food and beverage office.
  3. Office Management: Maintain office filing systems, including alphabetical, chronological, trace, and daily files, and ensure overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness.
  4. Scheduling: Maintain the Director's schedule and appointments, and handle sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly.
  5. Communication: Handle communication with purveyors, peers, and other business interactions, and interact with guests, employees, management, and owners courteously and professionally.
