Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities, processing documents accurately, ensuring efficient communication internally and externally, and completing administrative duties as assigned by the Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef.

  • Coordinate inter-office and intra-departmental communications including telephone, paging, and facsimile systems.
  • Complete menus, letters, reports, forms, and other documents for the food and beverage office.
  • Ensure prompt completion and delivery of documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain office filing systems including alphabetical, chronological, trace, and daily files.
  • Maintain Director's files including daily, trace, and others.
  • Manage Director's appointments and schedule.
  • Maintain overall office organization, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure accurate completion of menus, transcripts, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle communication with purveyors, peers, and other business interactions.
  • Interact with guests, employees, management, and owners courteously and professionally.
  • Handle sensitive matters with strict confidentiality.
  • Follow, implement, monitor, and record environmental policies, procedures, and good practices related to the area of work.

Frequency of tasks may vary depending on the needs of the department.
