Electrification and Automation Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and manage key accounts in Oman, leveraging expertise in the energy industry to establish and nurture customer relationships.

About the Role:

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Establish strong customer relationships based on a deep understanding of their requirements and a commitment to delivering value.
  • Stay abreast of the Oman energy market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, to remain a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
  2. Account Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
  3. Trusted Advisor: Establish strong customer relationships based on your deep understanding of their requirements and your commitment to delivering value.
  4. Market Insight: Stay abreast of the Oman energy market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, to remain a trusted advisor to customers.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in sales of switchgear, energy automation solutions, protection relays.
  • Experience in managing key accounts and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to engage clients at all levels, especially the C-Suite and Senior Executive level.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Business-level English: Mandatory, Fluent.
  • Consultative selling experience - Able to partner with clients, establish trust, understand their needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
  • Local language (Arabic): Fluent, Business Level.
