Strategic Talent Leader

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire Talent Management lifecycle, from talent identification and development to succession planning and leadership pipeline management.

Main ResponsibilitiesTalent Development
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust performance management system to drive high-performance culture.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Skill Acquisition
  • Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and universities.
Succession Planning
  • Develop and execute succession plans to ensure continuity and stability across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify and develop key talent to fill critical roles and meet future business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish clear career paths and development opportunities.
Governance and Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive employer brand.
