Director, Talent Science Job Description

At Canonical, we're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Talent Science project roadmap. The successful candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities and influencing skills to drive multiple projects forward.

This role entails leading the strategic talent science project roadmap, leveraging expertise to design and implement solutions to complex problems, ensuring all talent selection initiatives map to high-performance outcomes and career frameworks, and coaching team members to grow their analytical capabilities and thought leadership.

We're looking for someone with a strong academic track record, ideally in psychology or a people-based subject, significant experience working with talent outcomes in the corporate space, preferably in technology or consulting, and advanced analytical ability to dissect and analyse data using SQL, R, and/or Python.
