Key Responsibilities:

  2. Operational Excellence: Manage maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing resource utilization.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Establish procedures for inventory management, monitoring, and reporting on infrastructure performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with a degree in IT or a related field. An MBA in IT is highly desirable.
  • At least 2-3 years of managerial experience in a mobile telecom company or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across divisions to resolve IT issues.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
