Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Controls team and managing master data set management, benefits realization, change control, earned value management, interface management, reporting, risk, and schedule management.

You will drive performance in line with the portfolio drumbeat and governance structure, including reporting. You will also identify and communicate performance insights to project teams, oversee performance and continuous improvement of standard processes, and train team members in processes and procedures as needed.

This role requires innovative thinking, a pursuit of better approaches, embracing new technology adoption, responsibility, leadership, ethical conduct, self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable portfolio management experience in a consultancy or client capacity. They will be able to build and manage a team, present to stakeholders, and ensure that all PMO and risk management services within the assigned hubs are aligned with best practices and ISO standards.
