This is an executive-level role in Human Resources where you will oversee the efficient operation of our HR processes and play a key part in enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to assist with recruitment, records management, training coordination, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that employee records, personnel files, and HR databases are accurate and confidentially maintained.
  • The successful candidate will support employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  • You will coordinate training and development activities with department heads.
  • We need someone to respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave entitlements, and general HR matters.
  • You will prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and memos.
  • The ideal candidate will support payroll administration by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime data.
  • You must ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety guidelines, and hotel policies.
  • The selected person will assist in the execution of disciplinary procedures and performance appraisals.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, service, or customer-facing industry.
  • You should have a good understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software or systems is necessary.
