Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for ensuring timely and correct processing of sales invoicing/orders, as well as coordinating with the stores for enquiry, location and update of finished goods inventory for processing sales orders. Additionally, the officer will provide customer services support after confirming the order from the marketing staff.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma preferably in Business Administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Able to multitask multiple projects.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office.
