
Hotel Revenue Manager

The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing hotel revenue and profitability by implementing effective room pricing, inventory management, and distribution channel strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management plans to drive hotel performance across all market segments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns to inform data-driven pricing decisions.
- Manage room inventory allocation efficiently across various sales channels, including direct bookings, online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and front office teams to align promotional offers, group bookings, and special events with revenue objectives.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and budgets, providing senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize advanced revenue management systems to optimize pricing and inventory control.
- Ensure seamless integration with the hotel's property management system (PMS) and channel management tools.
- Conduct regular training sessions for front office and reservations staff on revenue management principles and best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management or a related role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a solid understanding of financial metrics.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
