Job Description

To oversee the strategic direction and implementation of all projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes by coordinating internal and external resources within defined constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a team of staff to ensure effective project delivery.
  2. Liaise with senior management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining roles and responsibilities.
  4. Establish governance structures to address challenges and ensure quality assurance.
  5. Coordinate project teams, managing resource allocation and tracking expenses.
  6. Communicate progress updates to stakeholders, highlighting issues and solutions.
  7. Report regularly on project status to senior management and committees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in project management, with 5-6 years in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of technology, banking, and organizational functions such as finance, procurement, and HR.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI, or Agile.
  • Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, and technical banking knowledge.
