Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for adapting to our service delivery function and making a lasting positive impact on our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To perform activities with maximum efficiency to meet predefined targets.
  2. Prepare Performance Deliverable Documents/Scope of Work for new enquiries.
  3. Maximize the number of jobs attended per day and utilize maximum working hours while maintaining customer loyalty.
  4. Ensure that maximum leads are generated through cross-selling programs and timely communication of promo offers.
  5. Engage with customers and possess good communication & customer handling skills to meet customer satisfaction scores.
  6. Develop competencies for new instrument portfolios by self-learning and initiative or training.
  7. Take ownership and show flexibility to organizational needs.

Requirements

  1. BSc, MSc, B.Pharm or M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or relevant science field – Up to 5 years.
  2. Hands-on experience in using Analytical Equipment in Food, Pharmaceutical, or Forensic Laboratories.
  3. Experience in handling minor breakdowns in GC, GCMS, LC, LCMS, or Spectroscopy.
  4. Experience in method developments – MOSH, MOAH, pesticide screening, blood & urine sample preparation techniques.
  5. Experience in imparting user training on familiarization of the instrument.
  6. Genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
  7. Good in internal and external communication.
  8. UAE Drivers' license would be preferred but is not compulsory.
