We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer success in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies, as well as experience working with Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention
