We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive customer success in the Americas region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies, as well as experience working with Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

- Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Serve as a customer advocate internally and influence product roadmaps, documentation, processes, and people to improve customer satisfaction and retention
