The Al Futtaim Group is a multinational luxury jewellery brand with a growing team in Dubai, UAE. As a Training and Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's continuous global expansion.

This role requires a strong background in luxury retail and substantial experience in training management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs within the organization
  • Design and develop training programs that meet business objectives
  • Ensure that all training programs are in line with company objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial years of training management experience
  • Background knowledge and experience within the luxury retail industry
  • Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques, and design solutions
