Job Title

A Java Technical Lead is required to lead a team of software developers in designing, developing and implementing large-scale applications using Java.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing and implementing large-scale applications using Java.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, build and optimize backend systems.
  • Ensure established SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of total Software Development Life Cycle experience.
  • Extensive Java and React development experience.
  • Strong hands-on application administration experience with Java.
  • Experience in design, development and implementation of large-scale applications in a distributed computing environment.
  • Understanding of agile development and continuous integration.
  • Technical knowledge of Linux and Windows-based platforms.
