Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. This role will involve providing strategic and day-to-day HR support across the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, as well as advising on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, with 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a similar industry. Strong strategic planning and data analysis skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should also be proficient in HRIS systems and have experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. A proactive and innovative mindset is crucial for success in this role.

Preferred candidates will have an Omani nationality and a strong understanding of Oman labor laws and pharmaceutical industry standards.
