Job Title: Health, Safety and Environmental Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that promote safe work practices, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE with experience in developing and implementing training programs, conducting safety training sessions, and assessing trainee performance. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on HSE topics, including workplace safety, risk management, emergency response, and environmental sustainability.
  • Develop and implement training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and practical exercises, to meet industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency in HSE practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, industry best practices, and emerging risks to continuously update training content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 2 years in a training or instructional capacity.
  • Familiarity with relevant HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position that may involve both office-based and fieldwork training.
  • You will be required to travel occasionally for conducting off-site training or working with different locations or clients.
