Sales and Performance Management

We are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing KPI standards for output assessment and planning, as well as overseeing on-the-ground supervision of target setting and output achievement.

Front Management Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for managing new fronts, maintaining existing fronts, and upgrading fronts as needed to optimize sales performance.
  • Supervise the output and implementation of display standards to ensure a cohesive brand image.
  • Manage position-related budgets and verify costs to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Connect with local suppliers for procurement and installation of display counters, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Optimize inefficient fronts by monitoring output and implementing improvements to increase sales revenue.
  • E nsure fronts management aligns with RMS system processes to streamline operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably with mobile phone experience, and 1-3 years of store and human management experience.
  • Familiarity with human management systems and KPI rulemaking to drive business growth.
  • Relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting to achieve targets.
  • Clear understanding of human output landing logic and people-store matching to maximize efficiency.
  • Familiarity with position management systems and rules to ensure compliance.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language, Arabic preferred, to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
