Consulting Manager Job Description

This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client/Relationship Management: Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships between client organizations and our company. Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide end-to-end solutions for client problems.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver client projects on time with minimum supervision, focusing on exceeding client expectations in terms of quality.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensure timely project completion.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to content development, research, marketing events, training programs, and workshops, staying current with industry trends and developments.
  • Operational Management: Identify process gaps and propose corrective actions, supporting management in workforce planning and resourcing strategy.
  • Business Development: Understand client requirements, develop proposals, and customize solutions based on feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in consulting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
