An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Concierge to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to our residents and guests.

Job Overview:

This is a unique chance to work in a chic urban resort setting, offering stunning sea or mountain views. As a key member of our Residences team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and residents.

About the Role:

  • Work efficiently with all departments to ensure the full satisfaction of our guests and residents.
  • Assist with daily operations, including preparing reports, updating databases, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to perform duties, such as assisting with directions and gate access for residents' guests and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

  1. To handle queries from residents and guests with respect and empathy while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  2. To check guest's passes keys, radios and ERT key prior to giving it to the staffs to use them for there task.
  3. To check all informational databases updated and current at all times, especially with regards to each resident's particulars.
