Job Title: Experienced HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our organization, a leading international FMCG company.

Your primary objective will be to establish and effectively manage the HR function by providing focused guidance and support to the team. This involves collaborating with the Market Manager to design, implement, and evaluate HR projects, people policies, and procedures, aligning them with the evolving needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management: Develop systems and processes to facilitate recruitment, staffing, retention, and development of sales teams, ensuring effective talent management practices.
  2. Compensation and Benefits: Establish an overall compensation benchmark across all levels of the team, attracting, retaining, and growing required talent while maintaining competitiveness.
  3. Diversity and Inclusion: Identify a talent pool mix that includes local as well as expatriate team members, fostering diversity and inclusivity within the organization.
  4. Performance Management: Design a performance management system and cultivate a pay-for-performance culture, recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievements.
  5. Organization Development: Lead organization capability development, incorporating tools for training and development to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Nationality: Omani Nationals preferred or long-term residents in Oman.
  2. Education: University degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  3. Experience: 3-6 years of generalist experience, including setting up and developing key HR functions within a large organization.
  4. HR Leadership Development Program: Ideally participated in an HR Leadership Development Program or has prior HR business partner experience within a large global organization.
  5. Skills: Strong analytical skills, team player, leadership abilities, ability to build customer relationships, innovation aptitude, self-starter mindset, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation.
