Marketing Communications Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Your role will involve managing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on branding and PR strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance on branding and PR strategies to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an ultra-luxury resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in driving brand awareness and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
