Position Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in sales and business development. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors for growth.
    • Attend industry events to promote services.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
    • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
    • Foster a collaborative sales culture within the team.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the signage or advertising industry.
  3. Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Knowledge of the Oman market and business landscape is highly desirable.
  9. Previous experience in similar industries is required.
