Job Summary:

The Front Office Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results. As a leader of the front office team, this individual will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive business results and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Manage department budgets and control expenses to meet financial goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in front office management or a related role.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
