Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Delivery: Provide attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable service to guests, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Front Desk Administration: Manage room reservations, track guest preferences, and maintain accurate records of front office transactions.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Motivate and direct the front office team to achieve operational excellence, foster open communication, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Technical Proficiency: Develop expertise in our Front Desk computer system, staying up-to-date with software updates and using it to streamline operations and enhance guest services.
- Logistics and Communication: Coordinate the timely delivery of messages, packages, and mail, handling guest inquiries, and responding to concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Background: Proven experience in a similar role within a branded hotel environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Education: A diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
- Skillset: Effective communication, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability, with a keen sense of initiative and a drive for continuous learning.
