We are seeking a Market Operator to lead the expansion of our brand in Oman.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an adventurous and entrepreneurial individual who wants to own and operate their own business while making the world's greatest sport accessible to everyone.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in Oman, recruiting and training a team, identifying and securing prime slots at football venues, engaging in sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing game schedules to ensure customer delight.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and success in Oman.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, including freelance hosts and a central team, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Establish strong relationships with football venue owners and stakeholders to secure prime slots and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Craft and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize business operations and improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for football, a solid business background, and an entrepreneurial spirit. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
