Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Consultant to join our dynamic team in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in business setup services, company formation, and VISA processing. This role is crucial in guiding clients through the entire setup process, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with end-to-end business setup services in Oman (Mainland/Freezone).
  • Guide clients through legal procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle VISA applications, labor card processing, and immigration-related formalities.
  • Provide accurate consultation on licensing, permits, and PRO services.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (MoCI, ROP, Ministry of Labour, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with Omani laws and procedures related to company formation and employment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Oman or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of Omani company formation laws, VISA, and PRO services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi & Malayalam is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
