Training Officer Role

Al-Futtaim’s Shared Services environment offers a centralised unit providing HR-related services to a diverse user base of employees, managers and business partners. We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our HR Shared Service Centre in Oman.

  • Design and deliver training programmes that create positive, engaging and productive learning environments for all delegates.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of training content and delivery to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the coordination and monitoring of distributor training to ensure brand compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing staff engagement activities.
  2. Creating and delivering training content and materials for front-line staff.
  3. Conducting competency testing as required.
  4. Promoting equal opportunities and diversity in accordance with company policy.
  5. Assisting with the orientation, training and coaching of staff and management.
Requirements
