Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a sales manager in the construction materials sector.

About this Job:

  • This role will involve developing and executing sales plans to meet targets in the construction materials market.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business administration, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction materials sector.
  • Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers, as well as staying informed on product features and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets in the construction materials market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and decision-makers.
  • Presentation of product solutions to clients.
  • Handling of pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Identification of new business opportunities through networking and research.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and after-sales support.
  • Preparation of sales reports and forecasts.
  • Maintenance of CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction materials sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stay informed on product features and industry trends.
