About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales forecasts and product collection for assigned Orthopedics Spine products by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, promoting products, following up on orders and collections, providing customer support, and reporting on competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer preferences, business potential, and competition actions in the territory to develop effective sales strategies.
  2. Develop and implement sales forecasts and action plans for Orthopedics Spine products based on company strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Represent the company as an authorized partner to sell Orthopedics Spine products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
  4. Meet with target customers and key business players to define sales potentials, promote, and sell assigned products to meet sales targets.
  5. Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns related to the territory and accounts to stay informed and build relationships.
  6. Provide technical support to customers and follow up on their satisfaction with equipment installation, setup, utilization, and maintenance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, and sales potentials, as well as competitors' rivalry to inform future sales strategies.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, including surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical staff, to build trust and loyalty.
  9. Assist doctors and staff with equipment installation and setup to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, or fresher candidates with a flair for sales.
  3. Competencies/Skills: Good communication skills in English, ability to build relations, persuasive skills, business acumen, and sales flair.
