Marketing Professional

The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy, and revenue. This role involves close collaboration with sales, revenue, digital, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned with hotel goals and brand standards.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain website content accuracy, ensuring brand alignment and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads).
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights.
What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
