Job Title: Facilities Operations SupervisorJob Overview:The position of Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient daily operations of the department, ensuring seamless execution in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.This key role involves arranging and coordinating housekeeping tasks, securing maintenance of room keys and auxiliary locks, conducting cleaning operations, and managing administrative duties such as staff records, task assignments, and inventory control.Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations Management: Coordinate housekeeping activities to meet high-quality service standards, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective use of resources.
  • Key Security Management: Securely maintain all room keys and auxiliary locks to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Cleaning Operations: Oversee the effective conduct of cleaning tasks, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to exceptional standards.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare paperwork, maintain accurate staff records, assign cleaning tasks, take inventory, and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an Administrative or Coordinator role.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
