We are seeking a skilled Dining Service Specialist to join our team. As a Dining Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage presentation, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, taking care to ensure that all dishes are hot or cold as requested.
  • Manage side stations and supplies, restocking items as needed to maintain a smooth service flow.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless teamwork and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene, adhering to hotel policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, buckets, and other equipment as required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
