Job Description:

The Risk Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that impact the organization's strategic and operational objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management frameworks, policies, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Collaborate with departments and subsidiaries to identify and prioritize risks.
  • Analyze risk trends and emerging threats to inform risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk register and dashboard for senior management and board committees.

  • Proven experience in risk management with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
