Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the Sales and Marketing Department at Alila Jabal Akhdar, as well as implementing all sales and marketing policies to achieve desired results. The position requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its latest trends.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Finance Department to monitor department budget and take corrective actions when necessary. This includes coordinating with the Finance Department on accounts payable and ensuring guests receive value for money.
