Mobile Product Leadership Opportunity

The Mobile Product Lead will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of mobile voice and data products for business customers. This role involves analyzing market insights to position a competitive product portfolio, developing and maintaining detailed specifications for products and services, collaborating with technical teams to generate design documents and processes, coordinating product implementation between network, IT, Customer Service, and suppliers, providing input for user guides and interfaces, conducting UAT to ensure deployment of all user requirements, managing the go-to-market process, monitoring product performance and taking actions to improve revenues and margins.

This role requires a university degree and at least 6 years of related experience in the telecom industry, including a minimum of 3 years in product development and management. Key qualities include customer orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, teamwork, structured task management, attention to detail, good communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in MS Office. Arabic skills are a plus but not mandatory.
