Early Childhood Educator

About the Position:

Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa invites applications for the Early Childhood Educator position. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to ensure all kids club activities align with educational goals.
• Verify that parents complete the registration form accurately, including their child's medical history.
• Maintain an inventory of toys and equipment, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate any needs for additional toys or equipment replacement to the Recreation Supervisor.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor.
• Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
• Maintain the kids club area clean and organized.
• Stay knowledgeable about club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with a degree or diploma in early childhood education, accompanied by relevant experience in childcare. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills, be pleasant, mature, and patient, with a positive attitude and ability to handle stress effectively.
