About the Role:

Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa invites applications for the position of Recreation Staff Member. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences for our young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Recreation Manager/Recreation Supervisor to create a secure environment for children.
  • Ensure parents complete the registration form correctly, including their child's medical history.
  • Develop an inventory system for toys and equipment, guaranteeing they are clean and properly maintained.
  • Inform the Recreation Supervisor of any need for additional toys or equipment replacement.
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as directed by the Recreation Supervisor.
  • Enforce club rules and regulations at all times.
  • Maintain the kids club area clean and organized.
  • Stay informed about club facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Qualifications:

We seek a candidate with a degree or diploma in early childhood education, accompanied by relevant experience in childcare. Strong communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children are necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent guest service skills, be pleasant, mature, and patient, with a positive attitude and ability to handle stress effectively.
