Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the butchery department in accordance with our hotel's nutrition and sustainability platforms.
  • Promote cost-effectiveness through training and education.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and financial requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen setting.
  • Knowledge of broiler equipment and meat cookery.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
