Skillful Meat Cutter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced meat cutter to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of meat cutting techniques, as well as excellent knife skills. They will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats to the highest standards, ensuring that all products meet the required quality and presentation.

  • Proficient in cutting and boning meats
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a full-service kitchen or similar setting, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
