Human Resources Leader

Salwa Health Care LLC is launching a new healthcare facility in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Oman. We are seeking an HR Director to assist with all pre and post-operating requirements of the center.

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management: Manage staff across multiple departments; monitor performance management systems and professional development of employees; foster a positive work environment; act as the primary point of contact for staff-related regulatory matters; oversee payroll and staff benefits; maintain confidentiality of employee information; address employee grievances.
2. Strategic Recruitment and Workforce Planning: Assist in developing and maintaining organizational charts; define and document roles and responsibilities; design competitive remuneration packages; advertise vacancies; manage the end-to-end recruitment process; maintain accurate HR records.
3. Policy Development and Regulatory Compliance: Drive visa application and processing for expatriate staff; coordinate the relocation process for expatriates; assist in designing onboarding programs; develop and implement HR policies; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
