We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our talented team.

This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into our systems and develop scalable architectures.

The successful candidate will have expertise in developing scalable machine learning models and algorithms for specific business problems. They will be proficient in programming languages such as Python or Java, with familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

A key responsibility of this role is to evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for machine learning and is eager to stay industry-current. A collaborative work approach and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with model evaluation metrics and validation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
  • Passion for machine learning and eagerness to stay industry-current.
