Hygiene Solutions Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Hygiene Solutions Specialist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless installation and maintenance of hygiene solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering compelling product presentations to clients to promote our company's profile.
• Compiling and updating assessment reports, along with preparing customized quotations based on these assessments.
• Installing a wide range of hygiene products, including tissues, foam sanitizers, liquid sanitizers, electrical fly catchers, soap dispensers, dilution dosing machines, and auto dishwashers dosing units.
• Maintaining open communication with the sales team leader regarding daily tasks, including installation, service, maintenance, and training for all hygiene solutions and tissue portfolio with potential and new customers in the presence of sales forces to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring regular Call Cycle maintenance visits are conducted according to standards:

1. Inspecting the condition and cleanliness of installed dispensers and dosing units.
2. Verifying the availability of our products, accessories, and consumables on site.
3. Confirming correct usage of our products, dosing tips, dilution rates, and PPM testing.
4. Installing dispensers and dosing units.
5. Gathering user feedback and obtaining signatures from Branch managers for records.
6. Tracking unfinished installations, reasons, and reporting to the sales team leader and management.
7. Reporting competitor activities and customer complaints to relevant managers.
8. Preparing monthly reports on achievement percentages, accessory usage, and refills.
9. Training new customers on product usage and safety after installation.
