Strategic Project Manager

This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing long-term partnerships with other potential enterprise partners to significantly improve the value of our organization.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can supervise assigned staff, identify areas where strategic alliances would add significant value to the business, and ensure enhanced value creation through financial and operational evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and concluding business development projects, as well as a solid understanding of the telecom industry and business trends regionally and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial and operational evaluation to ensure enhanced value creation and commercial proposal compilation.
  • Fixed and mobile network analysis (strategy benefits, detailed work plan, technical solution, resource planning and budgeting).
  • Managing partnerships and ensuring they bring long-term benefit to both parties.
  • Maintaining a solid understanding of the telecom industry and business trends regionally and globally.
  • Negotiating with potential partners to ascertain their projected capability and suitability of the business relationship.

Requirements:

  • University degree in telecommunications / information technology or related field.
  • 8 years of working experience in strategic alliance management or business development.
  • Experience in evaluating and concluding business development projects.
  • Good negotiating skills, MS Office skills, problem-solving skills, project management skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English. Good written and spoken Arabic is desirable.
