Project Planner Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Conduct critical reviews of project plans to ensure accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners to foster professional development.
  • Effectively communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 8 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in construction.
  • Proven expertise in developing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Skilled in applying various recognized delay analysis techniques.
  • Experienced in preparing resource- and cost-loaded baseline programmes.
  • Proficient in generating detailed progress reports.
  • Capable of developing recovery and target programmes.
