As a Digital Experience Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting the enhancement of digital platforms by contributing to UX analysis, participant recruitment for user studies, and facilitating feedback sessions

Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the UX team to plan and execute user studies.
  • Manage participant recruitment and interactions, ensuring a diverse and representative sample.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions, capturing both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
