Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute civil/structural works including foundations, earthworks, concrete, and infrastructure.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with project standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and support planning and scheduling teams.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and support approval of materials and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with vendors and client representatives for inspections and work approvals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of civil/site experience (oil & gas or industrial projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and manage contractors.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO RO per month
